Instructions for Registration

Congratulations to all the players making a team. Registration will be held at 2 locations over a 3 day period. Everyone must attend 1 of these registration dates. There will not be an on-line payment option this year. 

- Thursday July 15th at McAllister’s in Ocean Springs from 6pm-9pm
- Friday July 16th at the Sportsplex in Gulfport from 6pm-9pm
- Saturday July 17th at the Sportsplex in Gulfport from 10am-1pm

At registration we will be taking payments for the coming year, accepting applications for scholarships and accepting camp forms and payments. All individual team forms (medical releases and birth certificates) will not be collected at this time. Please bring those to your first team meeting. All of these forms are available on our website under Parent Information/Forms. We will have samples of the new uniforms to help with sizing. This year our fees will be $825 (if paid in full). This will include 3 uniform kits and 2 practice shirts. We will offer cash, check or credit card options for the full amount. Or if you chose we will be offering a new option, ACH Debit. If you choose this option the payment due at registration will be $425 ($200 registration fee, $125 uniform fee, and $100 coaching fee) with the balance due in 5 monthly payments of $90 (for a total of $875 if not paid in full. This includes a $50 finance fee). The ACH debit payments and Credit Card payments will be 1 September, 1 October, and 1 November 2010. We will not charge your account in December 2010 but will resume 1 January and 1 February 2011. Please print the uniform form and bring it with you.

If you intend to apply for a scholarship you will need to print that form and bring it with you. The scholarship committee will meet after registration and they will contact everyone who is awarded a scholarship. Payment options will then be adjusted according to scholarship awarded.

Everyone who made a team this year will be invited to attend our Houston Dynamo summer soccer camp at the end of July. This camp is only open to GCU Dynamo players. This form will be posted on the website for you to print and bring with you as well. All coaches will make this camp mandatory as a pre-season team camp. The fee for this is only $100 and we will be providing college coaches for the whole camp.
