Must be U13 and up player. Sessions will be held at the Gulfport Sportsplex.

HIT-IT is going to use the latest workout trend interval training, which uses High Intensity Intervals that will get the players to their VO2 MAX cardiac output very quick and make them work harder than they have ever worked before.
Through tried and true methods used in SEAL Team training, I will get the players to push themselves and push their teammtes harder than ever before. They will realize they can push themselves harder and achieve more than they ever thought possible. This mind set is not just for conditioning but through all aspects of the game and all areas of life.
With this program your team will sweat, cry, maybe bleed together, they will have pushed and have been pushed at one point in time by their teammates and they will not want to let each other down. They will have gone through the toughest thing in the their life together and all of them will make it out and be on their way to success!
